Employees at Youth Care & Beyond must have a high school diploma or GED required. College education desired. While a minimum of 2 years job-related experience preferred, we provide paid competency based training. Potential employees must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance, and the ability to pass an extensive background check.
